On Wednesday Night at Midnight SLT the end of turn cycle begins. The order of steps during End of Turn are explained here.

The end of turn takes less than 30 mins and does the following things
  1. Trade Route Costs are deducted
  2. Support and Defend orders are done.
  3. Mustering is done.
  4. All Marching Orders and thus Combat is resolved in Initiative Order. See Combat Resolution (RPCSS)
  5. Raise Court Level
  6. Recruit Agent
  7. Occupy Land
  8. Scout Orders
  9. Borrow Gold
  10. Transfer gold
Preparing for Next Turn
  1. Initiative is Rolled for all Factions for next turn.
  2. Sets muster points
  3. Tax Income is paid
First Turn of the Month
If the End of Turn is the first end of turn in the month, the following things happen:
  1. Upkeep of castles and stronghold is deducted. (3 for Strongholds and 5 for castles)
  2. Military units are paid (1 gold per unit)
Mid-Week
  1. Notifications and Rumors are sent out
